At downsouth Foundation, we believe creativity is a right, not a privilege. But in communities shaped by systemic exclusion from jobs and infrastructure, opportunities are not distributed equally. In South African townships, emerging talent often lacks the support it needs. We've worked with over 300 young creatives across South Africa. We looked at each other and said, "What if we could bring them all together under one roof?".

In Langa, a township in Cape Town, we are building a creative hub where young people can develop skills, share their stories, and shape their future through music, film, fashion and more.
