The Learning & Earning Program
We're building a 6-month program where young creatives can develop their skills, build a real portfolio, gain confidence, and learn how to turn their creativity into income, all while being supported mentally, creatively, and personally.
Participants learn how to become artists, designers, photographers, content creators, storytellers, brand builders and entrepreneurs. They work on real projects, build their own portfolio, and leave with the skills, confidence and community to launch their future.
The structure
Month 1–2: Personal Development
We start from within. Through storytelling, mentorship and mindset coaching, students discover their strengths, rewrite limiting beliefs and set personal goals. We explore identity, confidence, and purpose because building a career starts with knowing who you are.
Month 3–4: Creativity & Practical Skills
This is where the tools come in. Students learn design (with Canva), branding, photography, video editing, AI tools (like ChatGPT), and content creation. They create their own brand or portfolio project — something they’re proud of.
Month 5–6: Earning & Career Launch
We shift to business. Students learn how to pitch, freelance, price their work, collaborate with brands and use their skills to earn. We help them set up an income plan and connect them to internships, paid gigs or startup opportunities.
Throughout the program, students receive:
✔ 1-on-1 mentorship
✔ Access to a shared studio, laptop, Wi-Fi and content tools
✔ Real-life assignments & networking moments
✔ Emotional support & community
Outcomes:
Every graduate leaves with:
– A professional portfolio
– A career roadmap
